Every unit comes with an incredible 10-year parts warranty, for years of worry free moisture control. During the warranty period, Humidex will replace any parts (except the outside vent), which proves defective in manufacturing or in material and/or workmanship. This warranty applies when the Humidex system is installed by an authorized Humidex dealer/installer, under normal conditions and when the use is not abusive and is well maintained. Replacements parts can be obtained from Humidex, by returning defective parts, transportation charge prepaid; your parts will be repaired or replaced at the factory and returned at no charge.
Any damage to this unit as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, an accident, improper installation, fire, water, floods, and/or repairs by persons other than the manufacturer's authorized personnel without the manufacturer’s written approval, will void this warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or conditions whether expressed or implied including, but not limited to, those of merchantability or fitness for purpose and shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of the manufacturer in respect of the sale of the product, whether in the nature of breach or breach of fundamental terms, or of negligence or otherwise. This warranty is not transferable.
